Terms of Service

These terms govern locksmith services provided by Richmond Prime Locksmith 24/7 (VPRS License #940-320-10S). By booking a service with us — online, by phone, or in person — you agree to these terms.
Bookings and quotes
Response times, including any "30 minute" estimates, are targets based on technician availability and traffic, not guarantees. Prices quoted before a job are estimates; the final price may vary where the work required differs from what was described at booking. We will confirm pricing before commencing chargeable work.
Proof of ownership and identification
For lockout, rekeying and key-cutting services, our technicians may require proof that you are authorised to access the property or vehicle (for example, photo ID and proof of residence or ownership). We reserve the right to refuse service where authorisation cannot reasonably be established.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed by the attending technician.
Liability
We carry public liability insurance and perform work with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the services.
